This sculpture is based loosely on the anglerfish who live in the murky depths of the most inhospitable habitats on Earth. This creature has a huge head, sharp teeth and large luminescence eyes to lure in prey. The opportunistic forager has gobbled up many things, it’s stomach contents contain evidence of trash and junk leftover from its path of destruction. The big fish lives in the willow tree in a dam by the Majura Parkway, ready to devour prey whole (even a car or two).
